Dr. Corine Cicchetti is the founder of Buffalo Regenerative Medicine and also one of the owners of Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine. She joined Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine in 2008, where she continues to practice. She has also taken a special interest in regenerative medicine techniques over the years as it relates to musculoskeletal conditions, as well as aesthetics. Buffalo Regenerative Medicine was born out of her desire to deliver cutting-edge regenerative options to the community.

Ami Grieco is our trusted aesthetician and skincare expert.
Ami is a NYS licensed aesthetician and massage therapist with over 17 years experience. She graduated from Trocaire College with her massage license in 2004 and received her aesthetics license in 2006. Ami has spent the last 13 years in a medical office and specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging treatments, corrective chemical peels, laser treatments, hydrafacial, Morpheus8 and microneedling.
With a passion for the industry and education, Ami has extensive knowledge in treating all skin types and customizes her in-clinic treatments for each individual client.
A ZO Skin Health Expert, ZO Crew Member, and ZO Glo Pro, Ami is dedicated to educating her clients on how to effectively care for their skin. Her goal is to provide immediate and long-term corrective solutions while providing exceptional client care.
